1. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how DriveKit (“DriveKit”, “the App”) handles information when you use the Android application published by TRANSPORT ACTION LLC.

DriveKit is designed as a local, offline vehicle utility application. The current version does not require account registration, does not use a cloud backend, and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

TRANSPORT ACTION LLC does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information from DriveKit users through the current version of the App.

DriveKit does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as:

The App does not automatically collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location history, contact information, browsing history, or other sensitive device data.

3. INFORMATION YOU ENTER INTO THE APP

DriveKit allows you to manually enter information for vehicle-related tools and local records, which may include:

TRANSPORT ACTION LLC does not receive this information through the current version of DriveKit.

4. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

5. DATA SHARING

DriveKit does not transmit user-entered records to TRANSPORT ACTION LLC or third-party servers in the current version.

TRANSPORT ACTION LLC does not sell or share user data collected through DriveKit because the current version does not collect user data from the device.

If you independently copy, export, screenshot, or share information from your device using Android or another app, that action is initiated by you and the receiving application or service may apply its own privacy practices.

The current version of DriveKit does not include:

The App uses standard Android and AndroidX libraries to provide local application functionality. These libraries are part of the application software and are not used by DriveKit to send your local vehicle records to TRANSPORT ACTION LLC.

7. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

User-entered records are stored locally in app-private storage on the Android device.

DriveKit uses Android’s application sandbox and local database storage to separate its data from other apps under normal Android security controls.

The current build disables Android application backup for DriveKit.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their device, including device lock protection where appropriate.

8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Local records remain on your device until you delete them through available App controls, clear the App’s storage through Android settings, or uninstall DriveKit.

Where the App provides delete or reset controls, you can use those controls to remove locally stored records.

Because the current version does not provide user accounts and TRANSPORT ACTION LLC does not receive your local records, there is no server-side DriveKit account or cloud record for TRANSPORT ACTION LLC to delete.

Uninstalling the App or clearing its app data removes the App’s local data from the device, subject to normal Android operating-system behavior.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

DriveKit is a general vehicle utility application and is not specifically designed for children.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current version.

If DriveKit is offered to audiences that include children in the future, TRANSPORT ACTION LLC will update its practices and disclosures as required by applicable law and Google Play policies.

10. PERMISSIONS

The current version of DriveKit is designed to operate without Android runtime permissions.

If a future version introduces a feature that requires access to personal or sensitive information or a device permission, this Privacy Policy and relevant in-app disclosures will be updated before or when that functionality is introduced, as required.

11. DATA SAFETY DISCLOSURE

For the current version described in this policy:

The Google Play Data Safety form must remain consistent with the actual version of the App that is published.

12. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

TRANSPORT ACTION LLC may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s functionality, data practices, legal requirements, or Google Play requirements change.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy will be revised.

Users should review this policy periodically.
